Courier basics
The courier route works differently from a direct state-lottery checkout.
How this route works
A courier is separate from the official Oregon lottery website.
The order goes through a licensed retailer, which is how a real retail ticket gets purchased on your behalf.
You still need to meet age, location, and other state eligibility rules before an order can go through.

These are the main rules to check before you create an account, subscribe, or place an order.

|---|---|
| Eligibility | 18+ only. |
| Location | You must be physically located in Oregon to complete online play or purchase. |
| Authority | If you use a courier, the official Oregon lottery still controls the underlying game rules and prize claims. |
