Anonymity Depends on the Prize and Claim Rules
Conditional confidentialityArkansas does not apply one privacy rule to every winner. Confidentiality typically depends on the prize amount and the state's published lottery privacy rules. Permanent confidentiality may apply for prizes over $500,000. Some claims may stay confidential for 1095 days starting at $500,000.
How the privacy thresholds work
Prizes at or above this amount may qualify for permanent confidentiality under the published rules.
Some prizes can stay confidential for a limited period starting at $500,000.

Not allowedDetailed disclosure rules
Arkansas does not provide full lottery-winner anonymity. Winners of more than $500,000 may request that records filed with the lottery remain confidential. In most cases, that confidentiality can last up to three years, and then the records become public. If the winner is an elected official or related within the second degree to an elected official, the confidentiality period is limited to six months.
