Does Alaska have an online lottery?

No. Alaska does not operate a state lottery, which means there are no Alaska lottery tickets to buy — online, by app, by courier, or in person at a retailer. The state simply doesn't run a lottery, so any site claiming to sell "Alaska Lottery" tickets is not selling a real state product.

No. Because Alaska has no state lottery, there are no real Alaska lottery tickets to buy online. There is no official iLottery site, no licensed courier service, and no authorized retailer in Alaska. The legal online options here are sweepstakes-style and scratch-style sites, which are not real lottery tickets.

Alaska has not authorized a state lottery under current state law. Lottery legalization is set at the state level, and Alaska has not enacted the legislation needed to operate one. This can change if the state passes future legislation, but until then there is no state-run lottery to play.

Alaska residents can legally use sweepstakes-style and scratch-style sites where eligible — these are entertainment products with their own rules and prize structures, separate from any state lottery. They are legal online options but are not equivalent to buying a state lottery ticket.

Not from inside Alaska. Powerball and Mega Millions are sold only in states that operate a state lottery, and Alaska is not one of them. Tickets must be purchased while physically located in a participating state. Couriers do not operate in Alaska either, since there is no state lottery for them to source tickets from.

No, Scratchee is not a state lottery and not a substitute for one. Scratchee is an online scratch-card platform that operates under sweepstakes or promotional gaming rules, not state lottery law. You can win real prizes, but those prizes are paid by the platform, not by a state lottery.

Minimum age depends on the platform you use, not on a state lottery (since Alaska has none). Sweepstakes-style sites typically require 21+; scratch-style alternatives are usually 18+. Each platform verifies age at signup and enforces its own eligibility rules.

It's possible. State lottery laws can change through legislation or ballot measures. Until Alaska actually authorizes a lottery, however, there are no Alaska lottery tickets to play — and any site claiming to sell them is misleading.
